Overview
Drivers, forklift operators and diesel technicians are not the only employees that make N&M Transfer successful in the transportation industry. Our office staff
plays a very integral role in the success of N&M Transfer. Acting as more of a behind the scenes support staff for our drivers and forklift operators, the office staff brings the entire
operation full circle. We hire only the best and give them the training, responsibility and latitude to perform and make the right decisions. N&M Transfer offers a wide variety of
positions including: computer programmers, rate clerks, dispatchers, and .
The are responsible for accurately entering information from Bills of Lading into the
computer, allowing the forklift operators to accurately stage freight so it gets to the proper destination. answer incoming calls from N&M Transfer customers, assisting them with placing orders, tracing shipments and helping with any unusual circumstances surrounding a particular
delivery or pick up.
In order for N&M Transfer to be successful in its operations, the office staff needs to be properly trained and have the latest technology at their disposal. N&M
